Heather Bania discovered ABA while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Human Development at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She started as a behavior technician at the Green Bay Clinic in February of 2001 and then transferred to the Milwaukee region later that summer. Heather became a managing technician in 2003, a clinical supervisor in 2010, and a clinical director in 2016. She currently serves as the Senior Clinical Director for the Milwaukee region and oversees four Learning Centers.
When not working, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, decorating, and relaxing on the lake.
