I am so humbled and excited by being part of such a dedicated team of clinicians and support staff who are building a community, in service of children with autism and their families. Watching children and families access the support they need is a continued privilege which I am lucky to experience every day.
Kimberly Wroblewski is the Director of Operations for the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP), based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Kimberly works across all WEAP regions, with Learn Leadership, to oversee the ongoing clinical and operational development of the company and the effective practices of clinical support teams.
Kimberly has worked with the Wisconsin Early Autism Project since it’s inception in 1995, and has extensive experience implementing, designing, and training others to deliver behavioral treatment programs for young children with autism. She was a part of the development teams establishing behavioral treatment provider agencies in new locations world wide, including London, England, Vancouver, Canada, and Belfast, Northern Ireland. She has provided treatment, consultation and training throughout North America, the United Kingdom, Europe and Africa. She has spoken at international conferences on the benefits of early intensive intervention for young children with autism.
Kimberly received her bachelor’s degree in Special Education from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, her Master’s Degree in Special Education from the Queen’s University of Belfast, and gained a post-graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed in the state of Wisconsin.
