I never take for granted the immense level of trust that families place in us when they choose to share the life of their child. It is truly an honor to be chosen as a family’s treatment provider.
Pamela Brown is the Administrative Director at Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) in Madison, Wisconsin. Pamela began her career as the co-owner of a small business which allowed her to remain home full time while raising her young family. Once her children were school-age, she pursued her passion for child development and early learning which led her to join the WEAP team in 2006. Pamela’s foundation with WEAP was built upon providing 1:1 therapy to clients for over 5 years. In 2010, she was presented with an exciting opportunity to re-pilot the trainer position at the Madison clinic. Following the successful implementation of the trainer position, Pamela chose a new path and joined the Madison WEAP administrative team in 2012. Over the next several years, Pamela filled multiple administrative positions within WEAP prior to becoming Administrative Director in 2018. As the Administrative Director, Pamela endeavors daily to support the needs of both staff and families while ensuring our team is consistently meeting the clinical and administrative standards which make us a leading treatment provider.
