Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children suspected of having autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
We work with your child 1:1 in your home for a prescribed number of hours per week.
1:1 time at our Learning Center with a trained behavior treatment team for 25+ hours per week.
Focused on establishing friendships, pursuing interests, & supporting independent living skills.
Providing direct therapy and parent consultation remotely.
Brooke Marcellis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, as well as other psychiatric diagnoses – from ages 18 months to 55+. She discovered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and continued her studies at Texas State University where she received her master’s degree. She became certified as a BCBA in January 2013. She currently serves the Clinical Director for the Wisconsin Region and the Clinic Manager for the new South Brookfield Learning Center. She has been with the company since June 2015. Her goal is to reach as many families as possible in need of services in the state of Wisconsin while ensuring the highest quality of care. When not working, Brooke enjoys reading, running, spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as attending professional sporting events.
Heather Bania discovered ABA while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in human development at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She started as a behavior technician at the Green Bay Clinic in February of 2001 and then transferred to the Milwaukee region later that summer. Heather became a managing technician in 2003, a clinical supervisor in 2010, and a clinical director in 2016. She currently serves as the senior clinical director for the Milwaukee region and oversees four Learning Centers.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, decorating, and relaxing on the lake.
