John Nicklay grew up in and around the St. Paul, Minnesota, area, and serves as an assistant behavior analyst at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP).
His journey into the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) is rooted in his academic background and early career experiences. John attended the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communicative disorders.
Post-college, he gained experience working in the autism classroom of a local school and as a behavior technician (BT) for WEAP. It was here that he discovered a profound passion for ABA.
He loves watching clients make significant strides and is dedicated to a field where he can create real change in people’s lives. John is committed to providing not only the highest quality of treatment for his clients but also extending his support to their families.
