Katie Gleason, MA, BCBA, LBA, serves as the community director of the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) Eau Claire Learning Center, bringing a wealth of knowledge and two decades of experience to her role.
A graduate of Carthage College, Katie earned her undergraduate degree in psychology, where she first discovered her passion for applied behavior analysis (ABA) while working with children diagnosed with autism. The profound impact of this work led her to pursue a master’s degree in ABA from Ball State University.
Over the span of her 20-year career at WEAP, Katie has held a plethora of roles, each contributing to her unique perspective and depth of understanding. Her journey began as a behavior technician, before moving on to trainer and managing behavior analyst roles. Now, as the assistant clinical director, she uses her comprehensive skills and experience to guide and inspire the team.
