Cassie Sedlacek, LCSW is the Clinical Director for the Eau Claire region of Wisconsin Early Autism Project. She lives in Eau Claire with her husband and three children. Cassie received her bachelors degree from UW-Eau Claire in psychology and public relations in 2002. In 2013, she obtained a masters degree in Social Work from UW-Madison, and she is currently a licensed clinical social worker. Cassie is part of a team of evaluators conducting diagnostic assessments out of the Eau Claire clinic. Cassie is currently a Preceptor with the UW-Madison School of Social Work.
I begin each day with the goal of teaching the children and families as much as they teach me.
Katie Gleason, MA, BCBA, LBA is an Assistant Clinical Director of WEAP Eau Claire. Katie received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Carthage College. While at Carthage, Katie gained experience in ABA working with children with autism and fell in love with the field. She received her Master’s degree in ABA from Ball State University in 2014. Over the past 20 years Katie has held numerous positions at WEAP including behavior technician, trainer, managing behavior analyst, and now assistant clinical director.
I am grateful for the opportunity to work with so many amazing children and families, and to individualize goals and teaching strategies to maximize the learning potential of each child.
Brittany Schumacher, MS, BCBA, LBA is an Assistant Clinical Director and Behavioral Treatment Licensed Supervisor at WEAP Eau Claire. Brittany obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, and her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. She began working as a technician at WEAP in 2007. Brittany has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2011.
